      Ordering Agreement
  Returns
    Orders placed by you are an offer to purchase and will be accepted by us,
subject to stock availability. If something is not in stock, we will either let you know at the time of ordering or as soon as possible after the order has been placed.
  We will refund or exchange your item within 30 days if you are not totally satisfied. Simple return item(s) you don’t want including a note telling us whether you’d like to exchange, refund or recieve credit towards a different item.

As The Northern Block t-shirts are made in limited quantities we may not always be able to swap if the desired size is out of stock. If that’s the case we will let you know.

Acceptable reasons for returns include wrong sizes or goods were damaged in transit or during manufacture. Unaccaptable returns include you shrank the t-shirt in the wash or you ran a hot iron directly over the top of the design.

Please note that we do not pay for returned postage and when you do send anything back to us retain proof of posting from your postal service, so that you may trace the package if we do not recieve it.

We are not responsable for returned items that fail to reach us. Refunds can take up to 30 days to complete once we recieve your goods.

    We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
 
Delivery
We aim to get t-shirts sent out within 3 working days after recieving the order.
The packages are sent out by recorded delivery this means the postage costs more but should anything go astray we then have a document to trace the missing items and can claim compensation if things get lost.
